How do I place an order?

  • Click on ‘Categories’ in the home page to view all categories of products or scroll down to view our Featured Products.
  • Select a category to view all its products, using the price and brand filter accordingly.
  • Click ‘Add to cart’ below the products you wish to purchase.
  • Click on ‘Shopping cart’ on the top right corner of the page to checkout or to view all your products.
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to billing details or ‘View cart’ to view your cart. Here, you can select delivery or self pickup as your shipping option.
  • After clicking ‘Checkout’, fill in your billing details accurately.
  • Next, add any additional information regarding your shipping option, if needed.
  • Next, confirm your order and shipping option. If you have a coupon, click on ‘Click Here to Enter Your Code’. Enter your coupon code and click on ‘Apply Coupon’.
  • Next, select your preferred payment method and fill in the payment details accurately.
  • Click on ‘Place Order’ to make payment.
  • Note: For self pickup option, Products will only be ready for collection after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. 

How can I confirm my order for purchase after a payment has been made?

  • You will receive a confirmation email from muthupillayenterprise.com, stating a summary of your order and a tracking number i.e. order number.

Can I place an order if the product is out of stock?

  • No.

How can I make a bulk purchase i.e. order in large quantities?

Can I cancel an order that has been made?

  • No.

How do I track my order?

What are the available payment methods?

  • Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • FPX Online Banking
  • E-wallet

What are the available shipping options? 

  • Self pickup (at 41, Jalan Tengku Kelana, 41000, Klang)
  • Delivery

When can I collect my Products if I choose self pickup as my shipping option?

  • After 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

Where do you deliver?

  • We deliver to all locations within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

How long will it take for my Products to arrive?

  • Usually 2-6 days, depending on your location.

How much is my delivery fee?

  • It depends on the receiver’s location and weight of products purchased.
  • Kindly refer to Terms & Conditions for further details.

Will I receive a confirmation email upon delivery?

  • No, kindly confirm with the tracking ID provided.

How can I return defective products?

How do I register?

  • Click on the user icon on the top right corner of the page.
  • Fill in your personal details in the form provided.
  • Click submit.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from muthupillayenterprise.com.

How do I change my account information?

  • Log in to My account.
  • Click on edit profile.
  • Change your personal information.
  • Click save changes.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

  • Click on “lost your password”.
  • Fill in your email address.
  • Click submit.
  • A verification link will be sent to your email.
  • Kindly change to your new password via the link sent.
